Condition
You can return and exchange the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packing along with the invoice for a refund.

Pickup
We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our logistic partner.

Unboxing Video Requirement
There must compulsorily be an unboxing video of the package to claim a refund or exchange; failing this, you cannot claim a return or exchange.

Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in good, unused condition along with its original packaging and invoice, your refund will be initiated. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment, or via bank transfer/store credit depending on your preferred method, within 5 to 7 business days.
